Is homework necessary?

Uncategorized April 1st, 2015

Homework,up to 1994, was only seen in secondary school. The following year Ofsted started to inspect several primary schools. After that,Ofsted suggested that primary schools should provde homework as it increases childrens performance. So… do you think homework is necessary?

Despite the fact that homework causes plenty of stress,it is thought that it benefits children immensely and is known to get them high grades! Subsequently, homework increases the children’s skills and knowledge. However,it is claimed that many parents are know for completing the child’s homework for them.In addition, those in favour say that homework takes too much time up.Contrary to what supporters think, critics say that pupils do enough work at school and weekends are always full due to homework.

It is claimed that children can use their own initiative by thinking carefully about the resources and how to do them. However, critics say that the children may not have the right equipment to do internet related homework.

In conclusion, schools have decided to continue homework so that the pupils can get used to the future. However schools(both secondary and primary) have to think about what they are setting for the children.
So I guess homework is here to stay.

All about my mum!!!

Uncategorized March 31st, 2015

My mum is the most giving person I know. She cares for me and always makes sure I’m ok. Whenever I need a shoulder to cry on her shoulder is always available. She makes me laugh so hard I can’t breath. She means the whole world to me and if anything happened to her I wouldnt be the same ever again. She always makes sure that I get the best education I can possibly get. Whenever I get picked on she resolves the situation so I’m happy and bubbly again. My mum is loyal and she is my best friend!! I love you mum.

All about my dad by Courtney!!

Uncategorized March 31st, 2015

My dad is so funny he makes me laugh every day when I get home from school. I love him so much and he means the whole world to me. Sadly he is a massive pain but I get used to it. The weird thing is you will understand the bond you get between fathers. They seem to know you more than you expected. My dad knows my fashion and that is surprising. He is my rock who I connect with and that will always be the same!! I love you dad with my whole heart.

Did Gerrard deserve to be sent of against the Red Devils???

Uncategorized March 31st, 2015

On Sunday the 22nd of March Liverpool played the team they¬†dread the most ……. Manchester United!¬†The match started with an early chance for Liverpool’s Adam Lalana when he put an 1 on 1 wide (quite unlucky) De Gea was relieved!

Mata had the next chance what he finished beautifully with his weak foot in the bottom corner!

In the second half Steven Gerrard came on!!! ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬†after 45 seconds Steven Gerrard got sent off for stamping on Herera’s leg in anger.

I personally think this is a bad influence for little kids who like Gerrard!

Later in the second half Mata ended up scoring a contender for goal of the season with an bicycle kick, amazing!

Then Sturridge scored a bad goal!!!
