Uncategorized March 31st, 2015

Despite the Honey badgers, the honey badger does not closely resemble other badger species. In fact honey badgers do not even come from the same family as badgers.Instead they come more from the bear family than anything else.It is a carnivore and it does not have many nataral preditors. They can make Lions back down also if a poisonous animal [snakes, bees and scorpions]bite this incredible creature it will not affect the Honey badger, in other words they are immune to the poison.Their diet is like no other, they eat snakes and named after honey.

What I have done today (25.3.2015)

Uncategorized March 31st, 2015

Okay, this is a quick blog saying what I have done this morning. Lets start in maths, the interesting thing is that everybody on my table apart from me and my cousin have been moved onto a different table.

Now on to English, my class had to write a non-chronological  report. In other words we had to make a leaflet about whatever we wanted it to be. I choose to do Lego. I liked writing about it therefore I chose to stay in at lunch and finish it.

On the topic of finishing I am going to leave it here for now goodbye!

Panda Facts By Summer

Uncategorized March 31st, 2015

The Giant Panda is a carnivore and its family is Ursidae.

Habitat:

Giant pandas live in a few mountain ranges in central China, in Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu provinces. They once lived in lowland areas, but farming, forest clearing, and other development now restrict giant pandas to the mountains. Giant pandas live in broadleaf and coniferous forests with a dense understory of bamboo, at elevations between 5,000 and 10,000 feet.

Appearance:

The giant panda, a black and white bear, has a body typical of bears. It has black fur on the ears, eye patches, muzzle, legs and shoulders. The rest of the animal’s coat is white. The panda’s thick, woolly coat keeps it warm in the cool forests of its habitat. Giant pandas have large molar teeth and strong jaw muscles for crushing tough bamboo. Many people find these chunky, lumbering bears to be cute, but giant pandas can be as dangerous as any other bear. Millions of Zoo visitors enjoy watching giant pandas eat. A panda usually eats while sitting upright, in a pose that resembles how humans sit on the floor.

Other Facts:

Wild life experts consider that Pandas are an endangered species. The life span of giant pandas in the wild is approximately 20 years. The eyespots of a giant panda cub are initially in the shape of a circle. As the cub grows, the circles become shaped like a teardrop.

Easter is a existing time were people celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Meaning that he has done everything he needed to do . You wonder why we celebrate with bunnies, chick’s and eggs.
We think of eggs because eggs start new life and Jesus’ resurrection  is a start of another life and we think of chicks because it’s the most common thing to come out of an egg. Finally we have the Easter bunny which people believe bring the eggs which is a fun character and is adorable and cuddly.

Annie Edson Taylor is an audacious, inspiring lady who previously taught children how to dance and be posh. She was a very caring and devoted friend to everyone. She lived in Bay City,Michigan Where the school(charm school) was. Annie, who was sixty-two years old,was a fussy, foolhardy lady whose aim in life was to help other people;when her friend needed money, she thought nothing of sacrificing life and limb to help her. How many 62 year olds do you know who has cascaded down Niagara Falls?

Annie Edson Taylor had stringy, white hair. She had wierd circular glasses above her chocolatey brown eyes.Annie Edson Taylor was a round, plump elderly lady. From her appearance you wouldn’t think she was a daredevil granny. She wore casual clothes such as: a long sleeved, baggy, white t-shirt tucked in a long, sleek, black skirt.

Her hopes were to help others and raise money for her friends. Also it was for all the world to know her name and to become a global heroine.
